All you atheists don't have anything to worry about.
You will all be together soon!

Which is better?
1. live your life believing in God just to die and find out you were wrong.
2. live your life not believing just to die and find out you were wrong.

Pascal's Wager.

I don't play that game.

When you're dead, you're dead. Done. A tiny little insignificant bit of carbon.

Live life now.

At least the Christian Faith is based on Evidence. :) :)

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

There is no evidence for deities. And the "christ" myth appears in more than one ancient religion. The PR was better for Christians, that's all. Oh and Constantine, who thought it was a good idea.

Without Constantine it is posited that christianity would have ended up another obscure Jewish sect.

I long for the days when the practice of religion is looked on as a quaint hobby, like stamp collecting or train spotting.

So what is your evidence to support what you just claimed?

George Carlin once said that he prays to joe pesci.
I have to admit, there is more evidence that there is a Joe Pesci than there is that there's a all powerful being who lives in the sky.

Religion is the opiate of the masses and the methamphetamine of the fundamentalist.

There is no "church of atheism". You have made a null statement.

You are not an atheist and I can prove it!

To make the statement that there is no evidence (please note I said EVIDENCE not PROOF) to support Christianity or a God is just ignorance. Now the ignorance can come in two forms 1) One just hasn’t done the research or studied the issue. Generally these folks just take the word of their favorite whatever and move on. 2) One sees the evidence but it doesn’t support what they want to believe so they choose to invalidate it.

You say you are a atheist. I wish I had your faith, but I just cannot believe that nothing created everything. By what power did that first atom come into being? If you can prove that nothing can create something,I'm with you.

I would like to see progressive belief becoming a quaint aberration, like nose picking.
