Need A Decent Photo Editor For Android

I have a 13.3" tablet running Android 4.2.2. Am looking for an editor that I'd 1/2 way decent photo editor. Wish to find something that can do some basic editing' and then the ability to print (either an 8X10 print or, or to a Canon Selphie). Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated, cost is not important...

Why would you not do your editing on a PC or Mac? Tablets are not robust enough to perform reasonable editing or editing that you can rely on. I wish you luck with your quest.

You can do some basic editing with Adobe Photoshop Express, but I don't it has a print option.

For my Samsung S4 Android, I like Photo Editor by Byte Experts, or PS Touch by Adobe, but neither has a print option.

I can send mine to PSE 10 or 12 and it edits it like any other photo, but since I have the older IPhone 4 it does not remove the graininess (noise). When I don't have my Canon with me, I use the phone and get some good pics plus I can edit them to an extent.
