I like #2 of the Eiffel tower ......there is some serious DOF compression from your tele-lens making it look like one could drive right under the Tower! lol
You pushed the sharpening tool a little far on full resolution there .....but that is OK !

I really like this one. A very unique perspective with the guns.
We are heading to Paris, Normandy & Brittany, and the Loire Valley for about 10 days next October. Can't wait!

The guns are actually water guns for the water shows on the Esplanade of Trocadero which is across the River Seine from the Tower.
I think you will enjoy your trip.
