People probably laugh when someone tells them their job as a soldier is weatherman, or any of the probably myriad other unsung jobs that have to be done correctly for the whole thing to work. Thanks for an interesting article.

After 27 yrs in the AF as a 302 I found very few among those who fly who thought it was a joke but some in the army did find it humorous.
