Thanks to my new friend, Geoff, I was able to photograph this 4 days old baby eagle in the nest. Nikon D7000 f8 ISO 640 1/2000 Nikon 80-400 1.4x 450mm

Adorable! Yes, seems like the youngest (live) Eagle chick I've seen as well. Fantastic Nature photography!

Was able to get to two nests with Geoff's help. They were both near hiking trails and both nests were below us- so we were looking downward into the nests. I'll post pictures of nest 1 [my name] and then a picture of me at nest 2.

An excellent photo from a wonderful vantage point that conveys what is transpiring without words and what makes the photo stand out in the A++ category is the comparative size of the feeding parent eagle and the eagle baby offspring.
