On November 3,2016 I placed a order for a small item. (Sto-Fen Omni-Bounce) I got conformation on the order the same day. On Nov. 4th I received conformation that it has been shipped along with a tracking number. It was to be delivered 11-8-16 by UPS. Well the 8th arrived and I again checked in the morning, using the tracking number only to find out it was now being delivered the 9th by the USPS along with a new tracking number from USPS. This happens with small items and it's shared delivery. On the 9th I checked on delivery and USPS has no information with their tracking number. Mind you this package was in NJ on the 4th a Tuesday. Now UPS showed delivery on Saturday the 12 of November and USPS still had no info. Getting in touch with B&H, I felt the pkg. was lost and they agreed. They told me that they would send a new item and I would have it the next day with a new order number. It came today as promised. One day service so I would not have to wait any longer. Even being a very small purchased they treated me as if it had been a very large order. My hat's off to this outstanding company. This is why I have been buying from them for years.

UPS sometimes works with the USPS to deliver a package if the shipper sends it that way. They send your package to the Post Office zip code. Post Office delivers. Only once did this happen. On other UPS shipping, the UPS Tracking was changed, and UPS delivered the package, instead of the Post Office. Glad your B&H experience was positive.
I've had incredibly great results with B&H Customer Service over the years, so much so that I wouldn't even consider buying anywhere else.
I've dealt with B&H a number of times, they're great to deal with. However, I can't say the same for the USPS.
Even though they handle millions of packages daily, and mistakes are expected, they are terrible, and I will pay extra for a delivery in order not to use them.
They have lost, misplaced, or misdelivered more items than any other delivery service.
My last order came from Maryland, about 350 miles to my house. It took 27 days for it to finally get to me. It bounced from Md. to a number of cities in NJ, to Ga. and even to NM!
B&H Photo is the only online NYC dealer that I trust and will dell with!

I have been buying from B&H for 27 years and 99.9% of the time they get it right the first time. On those rare occasions
when something goes wrong they bend over backwards to make it right, and right away. I wouldn't buy my photo and
electronic/digital items from anyone else.

The USPS claims to have a tracking service, but that is all it is.

UPS does not normally have Saturday deliveries, except in extreme conditions
FedEx does have Saturday delivery, you will find out you will pay a premium price.
