My imagination is soaring (tentacles of deep sea creature?? ) - a terrific close up study of textures and lines. I'm enjoying your current interests, Richard!

Powerful, near painful shot, with a composition that keeps the thousands of shapes under control (okay, your eye AND nature😊) and enough tonality and sharpening (or not) to give an expression.

At first I thought it was a black and white. But the bit of color provided by Mother Nature, while subtle, makes a real difference.

Good eye Richard.

Thanks Bill.
I have had a fair amount of time there as my wife used to sing in the adjacent opera house.
