I couldn't resist sharing this, as I recently posted in the Photo Gallery about someone leaving a Krispy Cream doughnut at the playground fence for the squirrels. Squirrels are smart, so they left it!

Squirrels at the Window Channel just made a video in which she made homemade healthy doughnuts for her squirrels. Their reactions were interesting. They know the difference!

Here's the link: https://youtu.be/xLPS78qLKGE?si=AV8XdAnLDrgo3IKu

Enjoy!

My squirrels aren't quite as smart or discriminating as hers. This is why I got rid of my Hummingbird feeders and increased my planted flowers.

When I filled the feeders the squirrels would just wait until I was out of sight and then use the feeders as a water fountain.

This was a fun video to watch. I appreciate you putting it on so we could enjoy it. Those are very fortunate squirrels! :-)

Yup, these are very talented characters! I see them sitting in bird feeders all the time!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, they aren't, though. She just released a video in which one of the alpha squirrels was trying to kiss her cat. It is quite amazing how many relationships can be developed!
