The prices on these ads are ridiculous. Why are these ads that are obvious scams being shown on this site? Is anyone monitoring the site? I would like to think that there is some control!

I haven't hear of anyone buying from them either but I can't believe the prices. I guess either everyone also believes it is a scam or they won't admit they were scammed. I was hoping to get comments from someone who actually used them.

Many people said they did get the stuff for the extremely low price. Some do have problem with Temu mainly difficult to return. I think the Chinese government after a few decades of selling just about anything they have a lot of money so they subsidize businesses like Temu to take on businesses like Amazon. Once they get the customers they would raise their price and make the profits.

Apparently the "many people" you speak of do not subscribe to UHH or won't respond with their comments which was what I was looking for.

I think Jerry has bought a few small items from them. Don't think he complained about them.

My wife buys several things from them. Basically you get what you pay for. So far so good for cheap stuff.

I have read this in several places on the internet, so they have to be true!!! :)

TEMU prices are very low so you will buy from them and they sell your information to make up for their profit.
Anyone know of this?

I heard Temu is collecting users data but didn't hear about selling them yet.

In my opinion Temu isn't a scam. I think they try to sell cheap even at a loss to gain the market share. They also collect data for what purpose not yet known. They still have problems with logistics but I think they are going to improve that. I believe their goal is to someday take over the big business like Amazon. Of course when that time come the price won't be low any more.
Just like in the late 80's and early 90's when the world started to buy stuff from China. They had a lot of problem making good quality products but they would sell them dirt cheap. And now they can make products that rank among the very best and at the price to match. So Temu is about the same. Not trying to do a scam but to try to take the businesses away from others.

A few months ago, I saw a RC bulldozer for about $24. It seemed to be the same one that Amazon was selling for $48. I ordered, and it arrived fairly quickly. It was fine. It was able to do lots of maneuvering, and it seemed to be durable - identical to the one on Amazon. After entertaining myself with it for five minutes, I got bored and gave it to a little kid.

Have had models order clothing, shoes and accessories along with items they saw and wanted. No complaints other than sometimes it took a while to receive the items. Price was as stated, vary low prices.

Lorraine & I have bought several items from Temu and never had any problems, good fast delivery as well, better than other sites doing similar.
