That affordability is also a problem here in Podunk, TN. Housing prices and rents are just out of hand.
So much truth in all of these comments. A real issue that is hard to resolve, the housing issue I mean!
Speaking of which- I read something last month about off-shore consortiums fueling the purchase of lands and construction of rental properties in the USA. Locally, in matter of blocks, group of structures to house 300 rental apartment units is just getting into its final phase.
