As I finished working with my guys over in the concrete section, which runs between the two pieces of property, I spotted a small squirrel. Approaching it, he sat a bit huddled, so I gently tossed a peanut, and he took it. He, however, seemed small, and his approach to eating it was interesting, as most squirrels sit up. So I stayed with him for a bit and watched him eat. The next few nuts took so long that I cracked the shell for him. I have to be honest. I'm not sure if I didn't slip back into soft focus on a few.
We seem to have several youngsters around, and I just saw my original tree-hole babes playing together. It's nice to see that they are still together. In their last shot, the little stinker moved, but I decided to share as it was sweet to see them together. The green is strong and strange as it was shot later in the day. I tried to edit it in Topaz, but the color correction was off. I'm still struggling with getting my PC and Topaz in sync with each other.
Today, I also did some more store flowers, but I need to review them. I don't want to bore all of you with squirrels!
Hope you enjoy!
I like them, Barb! Maybe you need to do a shell opening seminar for the little ones!

Gotta love the fuzzbutts. They're never boring. Keep it up.
