I shot a series of magnified images to see what the S24 Ultra can do. These are intended to be viewed on a phone, they fall apart on a computer. Not suggesting pro or con...you decide

You are looking at a hummer feeder which is about 50 ft or so from my patio door. I shot through the glass.

I think 60X would be my limit.

30X
30X...

60X
60X...

80X
80X...

100X
100X...

Anything falls apart when blown up out the wazoo on a computer.

How are phone pictures <only> intended to be viewed on a phone? First I've heard that.....
I copy the phone pics to my computer and they look great.
But I don't go in with a large magnifying glass on the computer.
I can zoom in on the phone also, but don't there either.

As you are.
But a blanket statement of "don't stand up", "meant to be viewed on a phone" really?

Perception.....

Not perception...standards.

I have viewed these images at resolutions of 4k and 1080 and they suck big time, but look good on my phone.

What is your viewing resolution?

Beats me, I have monitors.
I'd have to go into Windows and see how they are configured.
I just look at them.
They work.

Edit:
From Windows:
Desktop monitors: 1920x1080
Laptop: 1920x1080
Phone: 2400x1080

Might mean something to you.
Do they meet your standards?

I didn't mean personal preferences. You must be viewing at a different standard .

I have no personal preferences or "standards".
Those figures are what Windows is using for my monitors.
They is what they is.

I never pushed mine that far. Did use it as a spotting scope at the range at 25 Yards, You got some great results.

I've never had success with digital zoom on any camera, especially cell phones. Same with zooming in on any picture past 100%.

There are ways you can get improve the phone cameras results in post. I use Topaz to increase resolution if you want to view them larger. Your photos are excellent. This post comes from Guatemala ten day vacation and getting some dental work done.
