Me: I'm an Atheist.

You don't have to be here arguing with political nerds.

Of course, you would say that.
It's much more rational to believe that there's an invisible man that lives in the sky and watches you, every minute of every day.

Yes, it's more rational to "believe" in an Entity than to make a definite claim that one does not exists. Atheism is a fools game. Now to answer Krakens question, yes in my opinion, holding the Agnostic position is rational. Saying that there is no God is just as irrational as to say that there is definitely a God, even is one or the other holds true.

Why is Atheism a fools game any more than "believing" the fictional writings of Moses and the Christian's god.

Because making faith statement is not the same as making a definitive claim that there is no God as the Atheists claim. One requires proof whereas a faith claim does not. Hence “Atheism is a fools game”.

"BUT" as I have been told by many ministers and Bible study leaders one must blindly believe there is a GOD of the Bible and as I do have a reasonable amount of intelligence I can tell the difference between t***h and a "snow job"
therefore I choose to be an Atheist - but by far not the fool you

I don't know - I don't listen to them anymore. Now with The Trump selling his "Babble" I can see one more time the reason for the Big Preachers selling Christianity - "MONEY"

"Atheism is one thing: A lack of belief in gods.

Atheism is not an affirmative belief that there is no god nor does it answer any other question about what a person believes. It is simply a rejection of the assertion that there are gods. Atheism is too often defined incorrectly as a belief system. To be clear: Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods.

Older dictionaries define atheism as “a belief that there is no God.” Clearly, theistic influence taints these definitions. The fact that dictionaries define Atheism as “there is no God” betrays the (mono)theistic influence. Without the (mono)theistic influence, the definition would at least read “there are no gods.”"

Yep - I don't believe there are "ANY" gods -all threw history many cultures have talked of and worshipped many Gods - that was great for them. Then along came the Jewish God and then the Christian God that claims to be the only God - who is to say that someday in the future a New God will come into this world from outof the univers your God has supposedly created.
