Architectural is photographing spaces - indoors and out. Street is photographing moments - usualy but not always including living subjects. Lots of street photography is about patterns, light/shadow/color contrast, etc - and can be abstract.
It is Called Street Photography because you are capturing things you find on the Street that attract your attention, and provides you an opportunity that what you have observed and Captured in a moment of time, so that others may appreciate and enjoy your insightful vision.
