hello people, the other day while going thru menu settings i came upon one which i now cannot find again.Ithink it was a secondary setting allowing you to adjust sharpness,contrast, ect from 0 to a factor of 9 from - to +.can anyone help me locate it again. thank's

Shooting Menu (camera Icon)>Set Picture Control>Stnd,vivid,etc>Quick Adjust or sharpening,contrast etc.
Access through MENU, can't get it through the i function.
