When my father died, one of my sisters (out of town,) could not attend the funeral because she was very late in her pregnancy. She asked me to take a picture of Dad in his coffin so she could get some closure. I took the photo and she said it seamed to help her. I think it is a personal choice that you need to make for yourself. Some people that knew about the picture had a problem about me taking it, thinking that I might have a problem with it. I am a police officer and understand that this is a part of life that can't be avoided. I did not have a problem taking the picture, but before you ask someone to take a picture like that, you need to know if it will affect them.
