I watched a video on KelbyOne of car photographer Tim Wallace, he set up a giant softbox in a warehouse to take photos similar to yours. Google Tim Wallace to see his work. He shoots great cars with outstanding results.
Go to 500px and search England first. After looking at these photos which will describe where and how they were shot narrow your search down to London. Enjoy the trip

On my SB700 there is a menu item to determine whether the flash goes to sleep after a certain time or that it stays on all the time. I use this when shooting models for fast changing poses. keep in mind if you have it stay on then your batteries may drain sooner.
Great shot, I've always shot from the Va side. How do you get to the Md side?
Go to http://froknowsphoto.com/flashguide/ and buy this guide. Best I've seen for just starting in flash photography.
There only two types of ships in the world "submarines and targets"
Outstanding, you did the ship well. Composition & B&W was spot on.

My understanding is that one can download free actions from this site which may be used later to create frames. Is this essentially correct?
Some are free and a lot of others have a small fee.
One last one. All frames from:

They are easy to use from the actions panel in PS CC
