Thank you,Jo..
can you tell me what to look for to tell if its that male or female?
Generally male birds are dressed in brighter, dressier colors, making the females have a drab look. The same rule applies for humans, but in reverse.

I have made a DVD slide show of my photos using Pro Show Gold and attached music to it. I have used "royalty free music" which I downloaded from The Audio Hub (for a price of $29.00). In intend to sell these DVDs to friends and possibly to others. My question is am I safe from legal action using this music? I know this is a question for a lawyer, but I thought perhaps some of you have gone through this and have an answer.
The broad theory "royalty free" is you pay one lump sum, and then you are free to resell the music without restriction, UNLESS your seller has sent you written restrictions modifying your usage.

BTW, did you know that if a digital image were to compare with professional K-25, you would need a sensor of 12,000 x 8,000 pixels? (just threw that in for fun!)
Cheers,

Does that translate to 96 Megapixels?

See the above link which says 37% are lawyers. Is that "by and large?"
At least $12,000 and likely total is $24,000-25,000.
An excellent answer if you are indeed a lawyer.
I am indeed a lawyer. Find me @ MSBAR.org. Richard L Miller, admitted June of 1965. I am somewhat retired. I started doing civil defense, and in midlife, changed to the plaintiff side.
Jury instructions:
1. Did the plaintiff sustain damages?
2. Was the plaintiff injured in the accident?
If no to either then the defendant is not guilty.
If yes to both then the jury would need to agree on a dollar amount between 0 and 50,000 to award the plaintiff.
How would you have decided?
1. Yes
2. Yes
At least $12,000 and likely total is $24,000-25,000.

Hello,I Have been wondering what the difference is between the Canon full frame and the Canon T4I of which I have just recently purchased? Other than the size, pro's and con's of each?
Suppose you are standing 100 yards from a building. Your photo with full frame fills the viewfinder, and you print a 4 X 6 of your photo. (Ignore some details, please.) You take a photo with your Canon T4i standing at the same spot. The building does not fill the viewfinder. A 4 X 6 will have slightly less detail, if you crop till the building does fill the 4 X 6.
If you wish the same clarity from your T4i walk to where you are about 70 yards from the building.

Actually, the reverse is true. Because of the crop sensor on the T4i, you will actually more than fill the frame with the building. The factor on a Canon crop is 1.6. This is to say, if you use a 200mm lens on a full frame (say the 5D), the same lens on the T4i is the equivalent of a 320mm lens.
Because of the larger sensor in a full frame, they will give you better detail and better low light performance.
The crop sensor camers (Rebel series, 60D, 7D) give you more "reach", and in the case of the 7D - more speed.
Hope this makes sense.

So I should have said to walk 30 yards in the opposite direction or a total of 130 yards from where the building was located. I assumed 50 mm prime lens for each camera.

I was hoping to get a response from my above paragraph, but none so far. The crop factor that should be applied is .70, not 1.6. 1.6 applies to lens function.
One added factor is that the full frame produces about 24 MP, while your Rebel produces about 18 MP. If you print a 20" X 30" of the building (with you at 70 yards) you will see the full frame has the superior clarity. That is a factor of the added MP of the full frame.
Most of the photos I take are with a Canon T3i. A full frame is not needed for most of my photos. However I use a camera for some work I which uses 120 film, (about 5 times larger than a 35mm), and scans to about 50 MP.
