Croce, it is futile to argue facts with MyPharo. His only intent is to distort the facts as presented, and have the forum come to his warped outlook, as well as inflame the rest of the forum who paid attention to the facts, and the law.

I have read all the posts and there is not one person here who knows exactly, step by step, word by word, action by action, everything that transpired that evening. There is evidence which states Martin was at one point pounding Zimmerman's face and pounding his head on the walkway. This is where the self defense rule came to play. If you rightly think your life is in danger you can defend yourself, even to the extent of deadly force. Why do most commentators not want to allow this to enter the equation? Self preservation is not decided on skin color.

UP-2_IT, sounds like you have trouble dealing with those of us that are proud of the history of what Texas brings with it. Take time to study the history of your state and compare it to Texas history and then compare the two honestly and see if your sarcasm carries water.

Make that very good. The folks in the Palestine, TX area will have the chance to see and hear Todd perform during our Dogwood Jamboree on October 19th, 2013 at the Palestine Civic Center. The October production will feature, the singing quartet The Hall Brothers from Houston, Texas. The Hall Brothers have performed all over our state and in other states also. just the two I posted, they flew off shortly after I spotted them. I was fortunate my camera was close at hand.

It puzzles me as well, I have seen many such questions resolved in a manner of a couple of hours. In fact I had one identified May or June of last year of a bird I photographed while in San Angelo, TX. Hopefully help will surface soon.

This bird does not have the yellow eye of the black bird

I have seen a bird of this type befor this shot was taken.

I set out a Wandering Jew plant and when I looked out at it I had this visitor sitting on it. I have no idea what bird this is. Help please.
