Week old Green Heron, Green Cay Florida.
Sony a1, Sony 600 f4 @f4, 1/3200 sec. iso 500, manual exposure based on green leaf reading, which reflect about the same percentage of light as a gray card. No EV as I was shooting a dark bird.
This guy was crying out for parents to come feed him, note the wing spread, already getting those flying muscles warmed up.
