Starting in April 1966 I was with HMM-265 at Marble Mountain. From there I usually flew, as a door gunner, North to the DMZ, Phu Bai, The Rockpile, Khe San and similar areas. I left late December 1967.

Spoken like a total Liberal. You decide without knowing anything about us but a couple of sentences about one topic, firearms, and then make the statement that we approve of killing small children. I have owned hundreds of firearms in my life and my family total has owned hundreds more. Other than two, none of them has ever been used for shooting tin cans, targets, animals for food or to defend our lives. The two were used by others to commit suicide. There are millions of people like me who are in the same set of circumstances. They own firearms for personal enjoyment, self protection or target shooting yet none of their firearms has ever drawn blood. I even have a friend who collects engraved firearms, some from the Civil War, that have never been fired. He will never fire them as he looks at them as an art object. Millions of AR-15's that were supposedly used to kill the children in CT have never been used for anything but target shooting either. Yet, you as a Liberal, have decided to blame all of us law abiding citizens, LEO and Correctional Officer in my case, for those deaths. That would be similar to the Governor of CT hating drunk drivers so he would order ALL vehicle keys confiscated in the state to prevent any possible vehicular deaths. Let's blame everyone for the actions of a very few crazy people is what you are basically saying.

SO, instead of weapons, you prefer to live in a state with 19 abortion facilities that are responsible for close to 2% of all abortions in the U.S. Dude, that's a lot of murders. I hope all those from CT are proud of themselves for fighting for stricter gun laws when mental health issues are a much bigger problem and responsible for a lot more deaths.
