All of my photographs are from my archives, since I can no longer cope with handling cameras, lenses, and the rest of photo gear. So I apologize for boring you if you've seen these images before. I show them only because I think they might illustrate whatever the theme is.

Because I worked so much with my Rolleiflex, those negatives are all square. But sometimes I used other formats. Irene mentioned cropping from oblong to square. The firsherman shot, made with an old folding bellows camera in 1946, was a vertical with distracting shoreline across the top and too much foreground. When cropped square, I had my usual Rollei image! I think that Rollei haunts me! Checking the image against Irene's elements, I guess it contains all of them, more or less. Please let me know if I'm mistaken. The other two images are full square negs, no crop.
